John Severance is a seasoned marketing strategist and visionary communicator with a deep commitment to advancing ideas that shape the future.
Through creative agencies and his own ventures, John has consistently brought clarity and vision to complex ideas, helping brands articulate their value and achieve meaningful market impact.
John honed his expertise leading high-stakes communications campaigns at Ketchum, one of the world’s top communications agencies. There, he played pivotal roles in IBM’s expansion into biometric security, FedEx’s groundbreaking hybrid vehicle introduction, and the rollout of the first-ever electronic stock exchange.
Building on this foundation, John co-founded Sheffield Marketing Partners, serving as Executive Vice President of Client Services. His work encompassed strategic communications initiatives, including USG’s rebrand and Graingers’ post-Chapter 11 comeback strategy.
Now, as the founder and managing director of Everhouse, he partners with innovative companies in commercial space, telecommunications, biomedical breakthroughs, and material sciences.
